I’m currently a solution architect working at the intersection of Marketing, Technology & Analytics (ML). I’m also a R & Shiny developer with multiple enterprise non-commercial products. Besides, I also provide consultation for SME related to data architecture.
I’m currently heading Mar-Tech department for OSIM International, where I’m implementing the foundation and driving the roadmap for regional digitalization journey on cloud computing, AI/ML utilization and data maturity Improvement and reshaping the retail landscape to enhance the shopping experience for the enterprise.
Previously, I served as Head of Analytics for BIG Loyalty (now re-branded as airasia rewards) , driving the ML & data engineering department to provide data-driven solution for loyalty, particularly in aviation and hospitality.
Before that, I lead regional operation BI team at e-commerce platform Lazada (later acquired by Alibaba), driving the insights and data-driven products mainly for logistics and seller operation.
I acquired my MBA from CSU with main interest in Global Strategic Planning in 2024. I graduated from HCMUT (one of the top university in Vietnam) ’s special program from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign , with Degree of Electrical & Electronic Engineering back in 2011.
